Pocket Privacy Policy
Pocket: Rhythm Timing Trainer (“Pocket”) is built so that your practice stays yours. We don’t collect, store, or share any personal data, and we don’t track you.
What stays on your device
- Your rounds and settings. Scores, per-tap timing, and preferences are stored on your device.
- Practice Coach. Coaching notes are written by Apple’s on-device model (Apple Intelligence). Your practice history isn’t sent to us or to any server to produce them.
- Timing measurements. Pocket reads the device clock and touch timestamps only to measure how close your taps are to the click. This never leaves the device.
Services provided by Apple
Pocket uses these Apple services. Apple handles the data under the Apple Privacy Policy, and we can’t see it.
- iCloud. If you’re signed in to iCloud, your round history may sync between your devices through your own private iCloud database.
- Game Center. If you’re signed in, your scores, Rhythm Rating, and achievements go to Game Center leaderboards, and you can see friends’ rankings. You can turn this off in the Settings app under Game Center.
- In-App Purchase. Apple processes Pocket Pro purchases. Pocket only checks whether you own Pocket Pro.
What we don’t do
- No accounts, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of data, since we don’t have any.
Children
Pocket is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
